I did not find Wellness. Wellness found me. I grew up in a household where wellness was priority and part of the leading work my parents did. So, there is no surprise that wellness would continue to remain near and dear to my heart.

I started my journey working in Human Resources (HR) dissecting the increasingly expensive cost for health insurance. This led to a 20+ year long career of analyzing, predicting and presenting Health and Wealth data to C-Suite level executives. As I climbed the corporate ladder, I had the opportunity to work and consult with the nation and worlds most influential leaders, physicians and politicians as it related to matters on health.

Over time the requirements of my role began to shift making my work all the more important and special when it came to delivering health and monetary outcomes. Due to the increasingly high investment of healthcare (often times being the number 1 or 2 spend at any organization) people in my field became the leading experts and influencers of all thing’s health and revenue related. As stated by Al Gore during my dinner with him in 2025, our role is considered the driving force for people that ultimately, “Changes the world.”

Mr. Gore was not only right but repeating something I’ve said often; because unlike any other position related to health, my role provided me a peak into what is considered the most classified data that spans across multiple fields, regions and businesses as well as the back-end cost for it.

I knew health outcomes would increasingly decline unless I did something about it. My passion and background of studying health data for 20+ years is why I truly believe in the benefits and power of Moringa as a not only a gateway to better health but also health conversations.

Amore is the Italian word for love; drop the “e” and it still means love in Spanish and Portuguese. Both spellings look similar to my name while also taking on the meaning of love. The ease of translating Amore represents not only my love for travel and learning about other cultures but also my love for Wellness.
